Club Feature: Art Club

Are you interested in art and looking for a way to get connected? Art club may be for you. The art club’s goal is to raise money to use to do fun things together. Past events include hosting art sales, planning trips to First Friday in downtown Canton and selling t-shirts. The club has also held a finger painting even where students and their families could paint ornaments around Christmas. Joah Miller, junior art major, and Johonna Braun, junior art history major, serve as co-presidents of the art club.

Miller said, “I love [the people] and the part that we use Christian morals behind it. We pray. It’s really cool. I feel really connected.” You do not have to be an art major to be a member; you just have to be interested in art and attend meetings.
