24 Hour Theatre offers creative pressure

On January 24 and 25, a mixed group of students and alumni spent a 24-hour period writing, producing, and performing a series of original 10-minute plays. The event started at 9 p.m. Friday when students came to audition for pre-selected teams of writers and directors. at 9 p.m. the next night, the plays were performed for a live audience in the performing hall in Founders.

The limited time period may seem crazy to some, but many of those involved found that the pressure and limitations placed on them by the deadline actually enhanced creativity instead of hindering it. For a behind-the-scenes look, watch below.
