Senate Notebook is a regular news feature with the goal to keep students up to date on what Student Senate is up to. Senate meets every Wednesday at 9 p.m. in the Brehme Conference Center. Guests are welcome to attend.
Senate welcomed newly elected members at the Oct. 22 meeting. New members include:
Gage Black, president of the senior class
Joseph Siciliano, junior class commuter senator
Katie Dickey, sophomore class senator
Andrea Humes, sophomore class senator
Brittany Miller, president of the freshmen class
Jordyn Ott, vice president of the freshmen class
Dante Raffin, freshmen class senator
Jordan Davis, freshmen class senator
Senate will host an open forum on Nov. 19. Students are encouraged to attend and address their concerns.
Senator Dickey addressed a concern about vending machines on campus not listing peanut allergies. Dickey and AVI are making a list of products that contain peanuts.
